Migrated the storefront from a traditional Shopify Liquid theme to a headless architecture using React and Contentful while retaining Shopify as the commerce backend. The new architecture separated content, presentation, and commerce concerns and provided significantly more control over frontend development.
Designed and built the tooling and services connecting Shopify storefronts with NetSuite, automating product creation, catalog synchronization, metafield migration, and other commerce workflows across the two platforms.
Led the technical migration from Dear/Cin7, Zoho, Xero, and Forte into NetSuite, consolidating inventory, CRM, accounting, and payment workflows into a single ERP platform. Built and supported integrations and migration processes needed to connect the new ERP with the company's commerce systems.

Built a distributed lead-harvesting pipeline that recursively partitions geographic search areas using a quadtree to overcome API result limits. Cross-references Census boundary data, processes jobs through BullMQ, and sends qualified records into NetSuite.
Architected separate B2B and direct-to-consumer storefront experiences on top of shared commerce infrastructure. The B2B channel uses a Shopify-native storefront, while the DTC experience runs headless with React and Gatsby, using Contentful for flexible content management and Shopify for commerce.
Built a Shopify-to-NetSuite integration service for synchronizing orders between the storefront and ERP. Uses queued processing to isolate API workloads, handle asynchronous synchronization, and keep commerce operations independent of NetSuite availability.

Built a multi-store Shopify service for generating and managing discount codes at scale. Supports creating and replenishing code pools across stores and exporting them for automated Klaviyo coupon campaigns.
Built custom Shopify Functions powering server-side commerce rules across multiple storefronts, including discount logic, cart and checkout validation, and delivery customization.
Designed and built a React Native B2B partner application for customer account management, exclusive content, and direct product ordering. Developed the application and supporting Node.js services and deployed its backend infrastructure to AWS ECS.
Designed a reusable asynchronous integration layer for communication between Shopify, NetSuite, and internal services. BullMQ-backed workers decouple API operations from user-facing applications and provide controlled processing for high-volume commerce workloads.
Built a bidirectional synchronization system for product data across NetSuite and multiple Shopify storefronts, allowing ERP and commerce systems to exchange catalog updates while preserving platform-specific data and workflows.
Built NetSuite automations and internal tools with SuiteScript to streamline ERP workflows, expose custom interfaces, and reduce manual operational work across commerce and back-office processes.

I'm a full-stack developer focused on e-commerce, systems integration, and the infrastructure that connects them.
I enjoy solving problems from different angles, whether that means building something from scratch, connecting systems that weren't designed to work together, or simplifying something that's become unnecessarily complicated. Much of my work sits at the intersection of e-commerce and business operations, including storefronts, APIs, ERP integrations, internal tools, and backend services.
I work primarily with technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Shopify, NetSuite, AWS, and containerized infrastructure, but I'm always interested in learning new tools when they're the right fit for the problem.
Outside of work, I'm usually tinkering with something. I'm into Linux, homelabbing, hardware, 3D printing, and generally anything that gives me an excuse to take something apart and figure out how it works.
Away from the keyboard, I'm into motorcycles, sports, the outdoors, and spending time with my dogs.
I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and I value clear communication, collaboration, and building things that are genuinely useful.
