A production redemption platform for a limited-run brand collaboration. Customers verify their Shopify identity, phone number, and proof of purchase before exchanging a retail product code for a unique game access code.

Architected separate B2B and direct-to-consumer storefront experiences on top of shared commerce infrastructure. The B2B channel uses a Shopify-native storefront, while the DTC experience runs headless with React and Gatsby, using Contentful for flexible content management and Shopify for commerce.

A private Shopify app for configuring checkout discounts, delivery customizations, POS cart tagging, and checkout banners from an embedded merchant admin experience.
